In Australia you may send a personal cheque, but not from anywhere else (as I will have to donate a significant proportion to my local bank for attempting to turn it into something I can spend). From outside of Australia you may send money (as notes) in major currencies (eg US$, UK pound, Deutchmarks) but this obviously is at your risk.
In exchange you will receive a registration number which will allow you to personalise your copy and remove the annoying splash screen and delays. Payment of the shareware fee will entitle you to all future upgrades free. These will be available from the usual archives (info-mac, umich).
